RETURNS POLICY: SABANDIJA does not return money for any purchase but you may exchange your purchase for another item that is available at the store provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. All monogrammed, personalized or Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. . Gift certificates are non-refundable. Sabandija reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements at Sabandija sole discretion.

Sabandija products are made with the highest quality by master craftsmen in Colombia. Sabandija is committed to our tradition of fine hand-craftsmanship of superior artisanal manufacturing processes and quality control. The materials used ensure that the products are highly resistant and that transcend several generations, however due to manufacturing defects and malfunction, all products have a guarantee of up to 1 year from the purchase. While our guarantee does no cover normal wear and tear or product damage that may result from mishandling, we do offer a high-quality repair service for a reasonable fee, assuming the item is repairable and that the materials from which it was made are still available. Our guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damage, such as product or content loss.
